If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

We have a forgiving reimbursement policy for orders that arrive with damaged or spoiled fruit within 24 hours of delivery, fruit that isn’t ripening correctly, or weight discrepancies in the amount received.

Please reach out to our Support Team at fresh@robertishere.com if you experience any of the above after reviewing our policy. Be sure to include photos taken on the day your order is delivered.

ROBERT IS HERE RETURN POLICY OUTLINED:


Due to the perishable nature of our products, Robert Is Here does not accept returns for health, safety, and logistical reasons. However, we do offer store credits or replacements for qualifying issues outlined below.

 

ROBERT IS HERE REIMBURSEMENT / REPLACEMENT POLICY:


If you have any issues with your order, please email fresh@robertishere.com with photos on the day your box is delivered. These should be clear, well-lit, and show all concerns in detail for potential store credit or replacement consideration.

 

DAMAGED FRUIT:


If your order is damaged due to late delivery or improper handling by the delivery service, please send clear photos showing:
- The damaged fruit
- The original packaging


This helps us assess the full extent of the issue. Additional information may be requested, such as photo timestamps, the time the box was collected, or the percentage of fruit damaged.


If your tracking information shows that the order was delivered but you didn’t receive it, please first contact the delivery service directly (such as USPS or UPS) and file a claim. After receiving an update, forward the resolution to us so we can proceed with a potential replacement.

 

RIPENING ISSUES:


If your fruit isn’t ripening properly, contact us with photos as soon as you notice the issue. We understand that ripening problems may show up a few days after delivery, especially with highly perishable fruit. However, time-stamped photos are required for consideration.

 

WEIGHT DISCREPANCY:


If you believe your order is missing fruit or appears to be underweight, please take clear photos of all the fruit you received spread out and visible on the day of delivery. Try to use a clean surface or countertop for context.


We will use these photos, along with your order details, to evaluate whether a partial credit or replacement is appropriate.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES:


We do not offer refunds for shipped orders.
Store credit or replacements are offered at the sole discretion of Robert Is Here Inc. based on the evidence provided.

 

DELIVERY TIME DISCLAIMER:

While we strive to deliver your order on time, Robert Is Here is not responsible for delays caused by external delivery services or weather-related events. These factors are outside of our control and may impact the condition of your order upon arrival. We recommend collecting your package as soon as possible after delivery to preserve freshness.

MERCHANDISE: Robert Is Here reserves the right to not offer refunds or returns on merchandise.

If there’s an issue with your item, email fresh@robertishere.com with clear photos or videos within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll assess and resolve the issue accordingly.

For lost packages, claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.


If the issue is determined to be an error on our end, we’ll cover the cost.
